Generally, we collect your information when you decide to interact with us. This could include signing up as a Play Agent, sharing a pin on our interactive digital map, or where you sign up to receive emails from us or in person at one of our events.

We only collect the information that’s necessary to carry out our project, provide the particular activity you’ve requested to be part of and to keep you informed. You do not have to provide all of the information requested but should you choose not to, Cambridge Playlaws may not be able to keep you informed of issues that may impact on an existing event or future event or activity that might interest you.

When you interact with our online forms via our website we need to collect information from you in order to provide the information you are requesting or so we can get in touch with you should we have a query about the information you have provided.

  • Contact you with important information relating to our activities in Cambridge letting you know about any issues that may affect your visit.

  • Send you updates via email about events, activities,  news or about getting involved..

  • Text you fun missions, jokes and prompts
