As a child my friends & I had 2 great places to play;
Benditch, where we were free to Climb trees, help each other find solutions to problems, enjoy our friendship.
The Dirthills: where we played Cowboys & Indians all Saturday,
This was a large grass are with a massive log & a short slide that we waxed to make us go super fast.
Both places gave us all life skills, enjoyment, laughter as children.
I moved away from the village I still call home and where my heart belongs as a 12 year old but the skills I learnt & were taught in Bottisham I cherish & pass on to others I work with.
